Job summary

UST GLOBAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced deskside IT technician to support PCs, servers, and network devices across multiple sites in Singapore. You will handle hardware troubleshooting, cabling, rack mounting, and vendor liaison for data center hardware replacements.

The role requires hands-on technical support, knowledge of AD/SCCM/MDM and remote user care, with occasional after-hours duty for infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on deskside and technical support for PCs, servers, and network devices.
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix for servers and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with data center operations including rack mounting, cabling, and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of network LAN troubleshooting, data backup/restoration, and basic server/network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configuration of PCs, peripherals, and servers.
• Pre-installation of baseline configurations and OS patching.
• Escort vendors into data centers and secure areas.
• Cable laying, racking/unracking, and decommissioning hardware.
• Support remote users outside Singapore.
