Job summary

NCS is seeking an IT Governance professional to join the team in Singapore. You will manage service, configuration, security, and QA across a key client, coordinating with stakeholders and operations teams to ensure delivery and compliance.

You will drive incident management, risk reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your hands-on experience and leadership to safeguard enterprise networks and services.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT governance for a key NCS client across service, configuration, security and QA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, operations managers and contractors for delivery and maintenance.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Lead audits, risk reviews and compliance reporting with timely escalation.
