Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Governance professional to manage IT infrastructure services for a key client, focusing on security, governance, and compliance. You will lead incident management, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives with stakeholders across the client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BSc in Information Systems, CS or similar.
• CISSP / OSCP / CPSA / CRT certifications required.
• CISA / CISM / CRISC / CGEIT preferred.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity / information security with governance, policies and threat assessments.
• Strong IT infrastructure domain knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks and escalate risks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA/KPI and report on system health for the client.
• Liaise with client stakeholders for delivery and maintenance.
• Lead investigation and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Oversee IT Security management and patch timelines.
• Ensure compliance with standards and related audits.
• Prepare management plans and annual client reports.
• Support audit, DR/BCP exercises and improvement initiatives.
