Job summary

NCS is seeking a Service Manager in Singapore to join the service delivery team. You will be the single point of contact for clients, manage contracts, oversee financial health, and lead projects from start to finish.

The role requires IT experience across infrastructure and cybersecurity, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel may be required; ITIL certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus relevant IT project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude; capable of leadership and collaboration.
• ITIL (v3 or above) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Service Support Office and Project Administration in supporting clients.
• Act as the single point of contact in client engagement.
• Own the scope, SLA, and cost plan of maintenance contracts managed.
• Forecast revenue and costs of ongoing projects.
• Monitor and track P&L of ongoing projects and contracts.
• Negotiate with vendors and internal teams to ensure adequate resource availability.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to assess service performance and drive improvement.
