Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to join the IT Governance Team, managing services delivery and operations across IT infrastructure for a key client. You will work with stakeholders, oversee incident management, security management, and compliance activities.

The role requires hands-on experience in security platforms (Tenable, BeyondTrust, Splunk), a track record in leading teams, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent field, with strong IT background.
• ITIL Foundation certification and familiarity with ISO standards.
• Experience in security operations, audit, risk, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with security platforms and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service management and incident resolution for security systems.
• Oversee IT security management, compliance, and QA activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and deliver improvements.
• Coordinate audits, reporting, and evidence for compliance declarations.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance, processes and controls.
