Job summary

NCS is seeking a Snr Service Delivery Manager for the System Mgt Office, IT Security & Compliance. You will oversee IT governance services for a key client, ensuring security management, compliance, and incident handling with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will lead IT security operations, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvements across IT services and risk management. A leadership mindset and extensive governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified with strong cybersecurity governance and controls experience.
• Experience in IT security management and incident response.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA/KPI for in-scope systems and report to client.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, Ops Managers and contractors for delivery.
• Track operational and compliance concerns; propose resolutions.
• Provide monthly system health status and risk reports.
• Participate in CAB, Operations, Service Review, Audit meetings.
• Review reports from O&S project teams for the System Family.
• Support O&S during Audit, DR/BCP, Backup & Recovery exercises.
• Suggest continuous IT governance and compliance improvements.
• Prepare annual Management Plan and submit to the client.
• Schedule security scans and verify remediation are completed.
