Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join the IT Governance Team, focusing on IT infrastructure services delivery for a key client. You will lead service management, cybersecurity incident management, and security compliance programs, coordinating with stakeholders and operations teams to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.

The role requires extensive experience in security operations, leadership, and a hands-on approach to governance, risk, and assurance.

Qualifications

BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar relevant field.
Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Relevant cybersecurity, audit, risk or security platform certifications will be an advantage.
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in security infrastructure, security operations, or security platform administration.
Hands-on experience with security and compliance platforms such as Tenable, BeyondTrust, Splunk, or equivalents.

Responsibilities

IT Service Management: monitor and report SLA/KPI for in-scope systems and coordinate with client stakeholders.
Cybersecurity Incident Management: lead incident handling and remediation coordination.
IT Security Management & Compliance: manage security controls, audits, and compliance reporting.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: drive improvements and ensure timely escalation of issues.
