Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Governance professional to join the IT Governance Team, managing development and maintenance for a key client. You will work with stakeholders across IT Service, Configuration, Incident, IT Security and QA compliance, delivering governance improvements and ensuring secure, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT experience with PMP or CITPM preferred.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• SAP GRC experience; SAP GRC certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Service Management: Monitor SLA/KPI of in-scope systems and report to client.
• Configuration Management: Review and maintain IT assets; report obsolescence.
• Incident Management: Lead investigations and root cause analysis.
• IT Security Management: Schedule security scans and track patches; monitor access patterns.
• IT Security Compliance & QA Management: Ensure compliance with standards and prepare audit responses.
