Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Governance professional to lead IT service and security management for a key client. You will oversee incident, configuration, and IT security management, coordinating with stakeholders across projects and operations.

The role requires extensive experience in IT governance, compliance with ISO standards, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Ten years of IT experience in infrastructure planning, data centre operations and networking.
• Hands-on networking, routing and switching, TCP/IP experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi technologies.
• Five+ years of team leadership in a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to details and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA/KPI for in-scope systems and report to the client.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders for delivery and maintenance.
• Provide monthly health reports and status updates on CR/SR and issues.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Schedule security scans and review access patterns; report findings.
• Ensure compliance with standards and annual compliance reporting.
