Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced IT Governance Lead to oversee development and maintenance of IT governance for a key client. You will manage stakeholder engagement, incident handling, IT security, and compliance across the System Family with a focus on continuous improvement and audit readiness.

The role requires extensive experience in IT service management, configuration management, risk management, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or similar field.
• ITIL Foundation certified.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• About 10 years of IT infra experience.
• 5+ years leading a team in IT governance/infra.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT governance for client systems and services.
• Monitor SLA/KPI for systems within the System Family; report to client.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders for project delivery and maintenance.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis; implement improvements.
• Oversee IT security management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare management plans and attest compliance status for audits.
