Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Governance Lead to manage delivery and governance for a key client. You will oversee service management, configuration, incident, and security management, guiding teams to meet policy and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IT with infrastructure and networking focus, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. This role is based in Singapore and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or similar field is required.
• Technical certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 is preferred.
• Ten years of IT experience focusing on infra planning, data centre ops and networking.
• Strong networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routing & switching, TCP/IP.
• Proven leadership experience in similar roles.

• Lead IT governance activities and ensure service management for a key client.
• Manage IT configuration and incident management processes.
• Oversee IT security management and security compliance & QA activities.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and remediation plans.
