Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead IT governance, security operations, and compliance for a key client. You will coordinate service delivery, security incident response, and audit activities, while driving improvements across IT governance processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders andOps managers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to ISO 9001/27001 standards. The role requires senior leadership experience in security platforms and a customer-facing

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Relevant cybersecurity, audit, risk or security platform certifications are advantageous.
• At least ten years of experience in security infrastructure, security operations, or security platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with security and compliance platforms such as Tenable, BeyondTrust, Splunk, or equivalents.
• Experience in vulnerability management, privileged access management, compliance monitoring & reporting.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Security services and operations for a key client.
• Manage IT Service Management, Cybersecurity Incident Management, IT Security Management and QA compliance.
• Monitor SLA/KPI delivery and coordinate with client stakeholders for delivery & maintenance.
• Lead audits, risk reviews and continuous improvement initiatives in IT governance & compliance.
• Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
