Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced IT governance professional to join the IT Governance Team, managing development and maintenance for a key client. You will apply your hands-on knowledge across vendor and user environments to ensure delivery excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities include service management, configuration management, IT security management and QA compliance, with close collaboration with stakeholders and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT experience, 3+ years in IT project management.

Responsibilities

• Service Management: monitor SLA/KPI and coordinate with client and operations teams.
• IT Configuration Management: maintain asset inventories and sign-off on incident resolutions.
• IT Security Management: schedule security scans, monitor access patterns, patch vulnerabilities.
• IT Security Compliance & QA Management: ensure compliance to standards and prepare audit responses.
