Job summary

NCS seeks an IT Governance professional to lead governance, security, and incident management for a key APAC client from our Singapore office. You will coordinate with stakeholders, monitor SLAs, and drive compliance across IT operations.

With 10+ years in IT infrastructure and strong certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, ITIL), you will shape governance processes, manage risks, and ensure audit readiness while collaborating with client teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certs preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• 10+ years in IT with focus on infrastructure, data centres and networks.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing and switching, TCP/IP.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and standards.
• Experience leading a team for similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance activities across a system or family of systems for a key client.
• Oversee Service Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, IT Security and QA management.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and project teams; prepare monthly system health reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and compliance.
• Coordinate audits, provide responses, and manage risk and issue tracking.
