Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across our Singapore offices. You will configure Windows systems, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and support email workflows in Outlook.

The role covers conference room A/V, video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Skype), and IT operations with incident tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Windows operating systems and office productivity tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and email workflows.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese; ability to support bilingual OS/ software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and printers.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows systems; manage printers and peripherals.
• Support conference room A/V and video conferencing systems; assist with Zoom/Teams/Skype.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents; onboard/offboard staff; coordinate with vendors.
