Job summary

DVI Solutions Asia is seeking a Field Technician to deliver on-site AV and IT support for corporate clients across Singapore. You will handle hardware issues, network connectivity, and collaboration tools, ensuring quick resolution and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include second-line support, device provisioning, meeting-room tech, and adherence to SLAs. Travel between client sites and after-hours support may be required on project or incident work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of on-site IT or workplace technology support experience.
• Experience supporting corporate clients at client sites.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge.
• Ability to perform after-hours or weekend support when required.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace technology issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents to restore service quickly.
• Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365 apps, and collaboration platforms like Teams and Zoom.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT equipment as needed.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding: device provisioning and account setup.
• Support meeting rooms and AV technologies for conferences and events.
• Handle escalated incidents from Level 1 and meet SLA targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for repairs and support.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of incidents, assets, and procedures.
• Assist with software deployment, patch management, and endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including Wi-Fi and VPN issues.
• Participate in IT projects, office moves, and technology upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
