Job summary

Penanshin Air Express is seeking an IT End-User & Desktop Support specialist in Singapore to provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. You will configure Windows, troubleshoot printers, and ensure secure email setups for users.

You will also support conference room A/V systems, video conferencing (Zoom/Teams), and on-site/remote executive meetings. Strong Windows, AD, DNS/DHCP, and VMware skills are essential; familiarity with Fortinet and VOIP is a plus.

Qualifications

Possess college diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Familiar with Windows operating systems and hardware.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file servers.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, mobiles and peripherals.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows systems.
Install, configure, and support printers, scanners, and related hardware.
Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices including email and security configurations.
Support conference room A/V systems and video conferencing hardware.
Assist with on-site and remote support for executive meetings and hybrid conferences.
Code-related and in-house app support including PHP, HTML, MS SQL Server, VB6.0, C#, .NET, Crystal Reports.
Troubleshoot mail-flow and Outlook configuration.
Maintain documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot servers, switches, and network equipment; escalate when needed.
Work with vendors for issue resolution and equipment support.
