OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional in Singapore. The role focuses on resolving end-user issues, troubleshooting Windows systems, and ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services and printers.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a high-volume support environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience.
• Strong ownership, willingness to learn, and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals and basic network connectivity.
• Proven Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience in a busy, high-volume call environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point-of-contact IT support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update users on status.
• Suggest and implement practical solutions to recurring issues.
