Job summary

Rapid Systemz Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an experienced Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk professional for full-time on-site duties at our client premises. You will provide frontline hardware and software support, manage assets, and assist with basic network troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common IT tools. Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems and software.
• Manage IT assets and user accounts, including permissions and documentation.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting and VPN/LAN/WAN configurations.
