Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an IT support professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services.

You will provide onsite and remote assistance, troubleshoot desktop and peripheral issues, and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD services. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT infrastructure, experience with enterprise users, and familiarity with networking, VPNs, and cloud concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud, cybersecurity and networking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and Office apps.
• Manage Identity and Access Management activities within Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN environments.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware faults and replacements.
• Perform software installation, upgrades, and system configuration.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets per SLAs.
• Collaborate with regional technical teams to maintain IT operations and user satisfaction.
