Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a capable IT Support Analyst to provide Level 3 support for production applications across Front Office, Middle Office, and BackOffice within Supply chain finance.

You will be the bridge between Level 2 support and the development teams, delivering rapid incident resolution and structured problem management. The role requires strong business analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL, and modern middleware

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Up to 10 years total experience with last 4-5 as IT Support Analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC with multiple stakeholders and users.

Job description

Position Purpose

• To provide Level 3 support for production applications (Front Office/Middle Office/BackOffice) of Supply chain finance business domain.
• To act as the bridge between Level2 Support team, and the technical development teams, providing rapid incident resolution and problem management.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Strong functional & business analysis skills with ability to communicate and bridge between business/operations & IT.
• Good functional experience in Supply chain/Trade Finance/Electronic invoicing applications is preferred.
• Good team player with great commitment and attitude.
• Good communication and coordination skills among multiple teams that are cross cultural and cross country.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiar with standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 & data transformations.
• Experience in functional solutions design for large web applications and micro services, Well-versed with integrations and APIs, REST. Designing functional solutions for high volume, low latency, and high-availability and performance requirements of web applications.
• Application Design and development exposure is a definite plus.
• Good understanding and knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates) and user authentication solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Unix based OS (Linux), Job schedulers such as Crontab/Autosys/Quartz, other tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint and JIRA.
• Hands on experience in any RDBMS based Database (Oracle) SQL/PLSQL.
• Working experience in production support and incident analysis. Documentation experience for root cause analysis and issue fix approach.
• Good working experience in Java and J2EE technologies, middleware applications (WebSphere/Web Logic), Java application frameworks (Spring/Spring boot), Web frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap)

Specific Qualifications

• Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• Up to 10 years of total experience with last 4-5 years as IT Support Analyst, preferably having past working experience in technical roles such as developer, technical designer, Tech support analyst etc.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall SDLC mix project delivery environment with large number of stakeholders and users involved.
