Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in an IT-related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of IT experience, preferably in application support or operations.
• Knowledge of Java and SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application-related production support and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Analyze reported issues to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 3 or technical teams when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of batch jobs and scheduled tasks.
• Suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues and close monitoring gaps.
• Assist in application changes following SOPs for smooth deployments.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual workload.
• Work in rotating 12-hour shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
