Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Application L2 Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for a mission-critical application, ensuring stability and performance while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders. You will investigate issues, determine root causes, implement fixes, escalate to Level 3 when needed, and help deploy changes following SOPs.

Qualifications

Diploma in an IT-related discipline is required.
At least 2 years of IT experience, preferably in application support or operations.
Knowledge of Java and SQL is desirable.
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application-related production support and resolve issues within SLAs.
Analyze reported issues to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
Escalate complex cases to Level 3 or technical teams when needed.
Ensure timely completion of batch jobs and scheduled tasks.
Suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues and close monitoring gaps.
Assist in application changes following SOPs for smooth deployments.
Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual workload.
Work in rotating 12-hour shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
