Job summary

You will monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, support Java/J2EE in Linux environments, and develop Python and Shell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency. Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Shell scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot incidents promptly to maintain SLA compliance.
• Support and maintain Java/J2EE applications running in Linux/Unix environments.
• Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Execute SQL queries and analyze logs to identify and resolve application issues.
• Support application deployments, job scheduling, and system monitoring activities.
• Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
