• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Residential design experience strongly preferred.
• Strong architectural knowledge of standard dimensions and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative leadership and guidance to the design team.

• Mentor and inspire designers to maintain excellence and accountability.
