Job summary

Wesco Singapore seeks a Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead Inside Sales Managers and partner with Customer Service Managers to drive sales, margins and KPIs.

You will collaborate with branch leadership to standardize processes, plan headcount and training, and coach sales leaders to deliver strategic initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also manage key projects and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4 years of previous inside sales management.
• 2 years of training and developing a sales force.
• Strong professional sales and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of selling products/services and marketing strategy.
• Ability to mentor inside sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISMs and partner with CSMs to achieve branch sales and margin goals.
• Drive and improve Inside Sales KPIs for customer satisfaction.
• Plan headcount investment and training needs with feedback from ISMs and CSMs.
• Define processes for additional responsibilities in sales.
• Coach and mentor inside sales leadership.
• Develop monthly/annual sales and gross profit plans with ISMs.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute corporate initiatives.
• Engage with ISMs to align strategies across sales, margin, opex, and recruiting.
