Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the inside sales team and drive lead engagement and conversions from enquiry to booking. You will report to the Sales Manager and steer performance targets while coaching teams for excellence.

Role includes KPI setting, cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance, and ongoing coaching to deliver exceptional tenant experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of team leadership or management experience in sales or customer success.
• Experience in the coliving, hospitality, or real estate industry preferred.
• Proven ability to drive performance and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the remote inside sales team to engage and convert inbound leads.
• Set and track monthly targets for enquiries, viewings, and bookings.
• Improve conversation quality through regular training and coaching.
• Equip the team with updated sales tools and techniques.
• Address sales challenges with timely guidance and solutions.
• Develop expertise in Front, Twilio, THM, and Matterport to boost efficiency.
• Identify gaps in the sales funnel and implement improvement initiatives.
• Design cross-functional workflows for sales, operations and finance.
• Gather customer feedback on units and amenities to enhance tenant experience.
• Represent Sales during property takeovers and ensure units are ready for move-in.
• Communicate updates and policy changes to the sales team.
