Job summary

Wesco in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Lead to head a team of CSRs and oversee daily order fulfillment. You will drive accuracy, SLAs, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Operations, Warehouse and Transportation to ensure seamless order delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive customer service experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems. You will play a key part in maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service or logistics operations.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support CSRs to meet service standards.
• Monitor workload and resource planning to ensure timely orders.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Onboard and train new hires; drive competency development.
• Manage attendance, leave scheduling and coverage.
• Oversee daily order management and escalation handling.
