We are hiring a highly skilled Engineer to support the development and modernization of our Security Management ERP platform. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and high-performance data solutions to support workforce management, incident reporting, resource planning, scheduling, compliance analytics, and operational intelligence across our security operations.
You will architect cloud-native data platforms, design advanced ETL/ELT pipelines, enhance data governance, and integrate multiple ERP modules into a unified, reliable data ecosystem. This position requires strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and modern data-engineering practices within a high-security, compliance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement data platforms that support various Security Management ERP modules (e.g., Workforce Deployment, Rostering, Incident Management, Access Control, Compliance Audits, Asset Tracking).
- Modernize legacy ERP data systems by migrating SQL-based data warehouses to Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
- Build secure Lakehouse and Delta Lake environments to support real-time and batch analytics for security operations.
- Design and optimize end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks (PySpark/Spark SQL) and Azure Data Factory.
- Develop ingestion frameworks for complex, high-volume ERP datasets such as shift data, guard deployment logs, patrol schedules, incident reports, asset data, and compliance forms.
- Ensure data is processed with high reliability and low latency to support time-critical security operations.
- Develop dimensional models, star schemas, operational data stores, and KPI layers supporting: Guard scheduling & deployment efficiency, Incident/alert analytics, Workforce productivity, Training & certification compliance, Attendance & payroll reconciliation and Resource allocation planning.
- Build Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reporting layers for management insights.
- Implement strong data governance, lineage, auditability, and validation across all ERP modules.
- Ensure data processing and storage adhere to internal and regulatory requirements, including PDPA and security industry guidelines.
- Establish standards for cloud security, access control, encryption, and compliance reporting.
- Work closely with ERP product owners, security operations teams, business analysts, and cloud engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design workshops, code reviews, and performance optimization sessions.
- Mentor junior data engineers and promote best practices in coding, data modeling, and data pipeline optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics roles, preferably in enterprise or security-related domains.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Pipelines, Warehousing), Azure Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Delta Lake.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL / T-SQL, data warehouse concepts and designing and optimizing secure ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience building enterprise Power BI dashboards, models, and semantic layers.
- Excellent understanding of data governance, data architecture, lineage, and security controls.
- Experience with MSBI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) for hybrid ERP environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, security workforce management systems, or regulated enterprise projects.
- Exposure to DevOps tools, Git-based CI/CD workflows, and cloud deployment automation.
- Preferred certified in Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric and Implementing Data Engineering Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric.
- Databricks Certified is must in order to validate your data in the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
