Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Immigration Specialist to lead our advisory services for High‑Net‑Worth Individuals, C‑suite executives, and corporate clients relocating to Singapore. This pivotal role requires a blend of deep regulatory expertise, strategic client management, and business development acumen to ensure exceptional service delivery and sustained business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of expert guidance on complex Singapore immigration pathways, including the Global Investor Programme (GIP), Family Office structures, ONE Pass, and the COMPASS framework to optimize client approval outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive client eligibility assessments and design tailored, strategic application plans to maximize success rates
- Cultivate and maintain strong referral networks with private banks, law firms, and wealth management partners to drive business growth
- Manage key client relationships by delivering high‑quality service, resolving complex issues promptly, and aligning expectations with regulatory requirements
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve personal and team billing targets through strategic outreach and networking initiatives
- Represent the firm at targeted events and engage in market development activities to position the company as the premier immigration advisory service
- Oversee end‑to‑end case management ensuring all applications comply with the latest ICA and MOM regulations
- Travel occasionally to Greater China to meet clients and develop market relationships, enhancing cross‑border service delivery
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and effective advisory services
- Proven track record in sales and business development managing high‑value clients to achieve revenue targets
- Full proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with high‑net‑worth clients and local authorities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Human Resources
- CEI certification (highly preferred) to demonstrate professional expertise in immigration consultancy
- Deep familiarity with the Greater China market landscape and client expectations to tailor services accordingly
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail for precise case assessments and application preparation
