Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to manage complex enterprise networking environments, including Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and Check Point ecosystems. You will lead critical incidents, coordinate with vendors, and ensure rapid recovery of services while maintaining security and network integrity.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across multi-vendor devices, producing RCA reports, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced 24/7 operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in network, wireless and security technologies.
• Possession of additional certifications such as Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto or F5 will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with ITIL principles, Incident, Change, Problem and Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with the team and vendors to reduce resolution time or provide workarounds.
• Collaborate with principal vendors, partners and customers to deliver permanent resolutions within timelines.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to fix software issues and maintain security.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement prompt solutions or workarounds.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for configurations and managed services.
• Mentor L1/L2 team members on technical issues.
