Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a senior network engineer to join a global specialist team. You will manage critical incidents, drive remediation with vendors, and lead complex troubleshooting across Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and related platforms.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise networks and a proactive approach to service delivery. You'll work in a fast‑paced environment, contribute to security and reliability improvements, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring timely updates to

Formación

• Must have CCNP or ACCP or equivalent certifications and 7+ years in network, wireless, and security technologies.
• Extensive experience in enterprise networking, security, and vendor collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint platforms and related OS.
• Ability to draft incident reports and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience with ITIL processes in incident, change, problem, and service management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to keep devices up‑to‑date.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and provide guidance on complex network issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with customer SLAs.
