Logicalis Asia Pacific is an AI‑driven technology integrator operating across cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and managed services. We seek a Senior Network Engineer to lead incidents, perform advanced network troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors for permanent resolutions.

The role requires 7+ years in network/security, CCNP/ACCP, ITIL familiarity, and hands‑on experience with Cisco/NXOS, Fortinet and related tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in network, wireless and security technologies with senior roles.
• CCNP or ACCP or equivalent certification required; extra vendor certs are a plus.
• Familiar with ITIL incident/change/problem/service management and RCA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform IOS upgrades, patches and complex troubleshooting to limit downtime.
• Manage 24/7 operations center roster and on-call rotations.
• Escalate Enterprise Networking matters and perform level 2/3 troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners and customers for permanent resolutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and network diagrams.
