Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will manage complex networks across Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto, perform patching and vulnerability remediation, and drive incident resolution with vendors.

You will lead incident response, update runbooks, mentor junior engineers, and ensure service delivery aligns with ITIL processes and customer SLAs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in network, wireless and security technologies.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in multi-vendor enterprise networking environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead incidents with the team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to keep environments current.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and SOPs.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and after-hours standby on a rotation.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and ensure SLA adherence for incidents.
