Logicalis Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced network and security specialist to manage complex incidents, upgrade IOS, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

You will work with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and other vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Strong ITIL knowledge, diagnostic skills, and network security expertise are essential to design and maintain enterprise-grade architectures.

Qualifications

• CCNP/ACCP or equivalent certification required or preferred.
• Experience with ITIL incident, change and problem management.

Responsabilités

• Understand SOPs and playbooks, follow procedures accurately.
• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform routine network/security maintenance and IOS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security production issues with swift workarounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for permanent resolutions within SLAs.
• Prepare RCA reports and update service documentation.
