Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our 24/7 operations team.

The role focuses on SLA-driven Level 3 incident management, handling Sev 1/2 issues, diagnosing network, wireless, and security faults, and collaborating with customers to provide resolutions and best practices. You will lead incidents with vendors, troubleshoot cloud networking (VNet, VPN, firewall), and document root-cause analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of work experience in network, wireless, and security technologies.
• Familiar with ITIL principles, incident, change, problem, and service management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive Support Templates and SOPs.
• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud networking and infrastructure (VNet, subnets, routing, VPN).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for network operations.
• Produce root-cause incident and RCA reports for outages.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers on technical issues.
