Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to lead incidents, manage multi-vendor environments, and drive faster resolutions while maintaining service quality.

You will work across Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, and other vendors, ensuring robust network performance. Responsibilities include performing IOS/NXOS upgrades, handling complex production issues, and delivering permanent fixes with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• CCNP/ACCP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• 7+ years in network, wireless, and security techs required.
• ITIL awareness (Incident/Change/Problem/Service Management).
• Experience drafting incident reports and RCAs for outages.
• Experience with multi-vendor vendor/customer outage guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Manage complex network and security production issues with swift workarounds or resolutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and customers for permanent resolutions within SLA.
• Update and maintain technical documentation for configurations and changes.
