Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior ICT Security Engineer to provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise network and security environments across multiple customers.

You will lead critical incidents, coordinate with vendors, and drive permanent resolutions while performing patching, vulnerability remediation and documentation in a 24/7 rotating schedule. The role requires extensive experience with Cisco and multi-vendor platforms, strong incident management, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• 7+ years in network, wireless and security technologies.
• CCNP or ACCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Perform software patches for Cisco and multi-vendor platforms.
• Maintain network security documentation and diagrams.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers on technical issues.
• Ensure SLA adherence and secure system architectures.
