Job summary

The role requires extensive Cisco and multi-vendor product expertise, strong incident management, and a focus on uptime in a 24/7 operations environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in network, wireless, and security tech.
• Experience with incident, change and problem management.
• Hands-on Azure networking and cloud infra knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incidents with teams and vendors to reduce resolution time.
• Provide root cause analysis and incident reports.
• Collaborate with customers during outages to recover services.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
