Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific, a leading AI-driven technology integrator, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage complex multi-vendor enterprise networks in Singapore. The role covers incident management, patching, and proactive problem resolution across Cisco, Fortinet and other major vendors.

You will contribute to 24/7 operations, escalate where needed, and produce clear RCA reports, while collaborating with customers and partners to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• CCNP/ACCP or equivalent certification required.
• 7+ years in network, wireless and security tech.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Change/Problem/Service Management.
• Proven ability to draft incident and RCA reports.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and customers during outages.

Responsibilities

• Understand Support Templates and SOPs.
• Lead critical incidents with team and vendors.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches; keep systems updated.
• Handle complex network and security production issues; provide workarounds or resolutions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and address advisories promptly.
• Work in 24/7 ops center; standby role with monthly rotations.
• Maintain/update technical documentation and change plans.
