Job description
What the role is:

As Senior Human Resource (HR) Executive/ Manager, Recruitment in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be handling the recruitment, selection and appointment of Teachers, Allied Educators (AEDs) or Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) for schools and the Ministry’s Headquarters (HQ).

What you will be working on:
  • Manage and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the recruitment, selection and appointment of suitable applicants
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and strategies to enhance the recruitment and selection processes to better meet the Ministry’s needs
  • Support the streamlining and review of existing systems and processes to maintain high standard of service delivery as well as to enhance application experience
  • Analyse recruitment data for dynamic management of operations as well as support the development of IT systems to facilitate recruitment and selection processes
  • Work with the marketing team, schools and other HQ divisions on recruitment activities such as career talks and job fairs to reach out to targeted applicants
  • Handle queries and appeals from interested applicants and prospective employees
