Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to support governance and continuous improvement of a multi-entity HR technology platform. You will oversee system enhancements, vendor performance, budgeting and project delivery to keep HRIS reliable and compliant.

Working with the HRIS Team Lead, you will ensure alignment with evolving HR and business needs, manage vendor contracts, and drive user adoption through training and documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR systems, HR technology or HRIS project management.
• At least 1 year of supervisory, team-lead or people-management exposure.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations or major system enhancements involving a large stakeholder group.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes and operational requirements.
• Experience managing external system vendors and service-level agreements.
• Strong project management, planning and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently; adapt to changing requirements and tight timelines.
• Strong attention to data confidentiality, governance and system access controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS platform and roadmap across multiple entities.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, patches and policy-driven changes from planning to implementation.
• Partner HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to system solutions.
• Manage HRIS vendors, monitor SLA performance and resolve service issues.
• Oversee procurement, vendor contracts and system purchases.
• Plan and manage HRIS project timelines, testing and post-go-live support.
• Manage HRIS budgets including hosting, licensing and maintenance costs.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as SME for HR system issues and practical HR operations solutions.
• Support user adoption through training and guidance.
