You will drive budgeting, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations.

• Experience handling sensitive employee information with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Vendor management to ensure SLA compliance and cost control.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, vendor contracts, and system acquisitions.
• Plan budgets, forecasts, and track costs for HR systems across vendors.
• Drive process improvements and automation within HR processes.
• Lead system upgrades/patches, changes, and related project reviews.
• Provide go-live support and end-user training for HR staff.
