Job summary

You will coordinate recruitment, handle data in HRIS, prepare reports, and support process improvements while serving as the first point of contact for HR queries on policies and benefits.

The role also covers HR administration, audits, and supporting learning and development activities.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, contract renewals, work passes and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment operations, employee mobilization/demobilization, NTS workforce logistics and benefits enrolment/disenrollment.
• Maintain accurate HR data and systems, prepare HR reports/dashboards, and support HRIS, automation and process improvement projects.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely support on policies, benefits and procedures.
• Support HR administration including audits, vendor invoices, employment verification letters and related documentation.
• Administer learning and development activities including course registration, training records, learning needs analysis and HRDF utilisation
