Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR professional to contribute to both people initiatives and day-to-day business operations. You’ll partner with managers, supervisors and employees across a range of HR matters, from employee relations and operations to engagement initiatives and process improvements.

The role covers day-to-day HR operations, recruitment support, policy administration, and guidance on employee matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with employee relations and HR operations exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Well-organised with good people management and coordination skills.
• Able to handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the wider HR team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and support site-level HR activities in line with organisational needs.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning and manpower initiatives.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures and people-related programmes.
• Partner with managers by providing HR guidance on employee-related matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including workplace concerns, grievances and investigations.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of employee relations matters.
• Develop and support employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace environment.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Work with HR stakeholders to implement practical people solutions.
• Maintain confidential HR and employee relations records.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements as required.
