Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Senior Executive for the Human Resource Group Shared Services on a 6 months contract with convertible terms. The role centers on supervising a team, handling on/offboarding, and delivering HR support in alignment with policies and legal requirements.

You will monitor KPIs, manage HR processes, coach staff, and drive process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. A degree in HR or business and 3+ years HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Business is required.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with medical job family is a plus.
• Able to work under tight timelines and changing priorities.
• Fast learner, multi-tasker and team oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and keen on automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team handling on/offboarding activities.
• Provide HR administrative and advisory support.
• Ensure SLA and KPIs within HR Shared Services are met and reviewed.
• Monitor and report relevant HR metrics to stakeholders.
• Suggest process improvements to raise efficiency and customer experience.
• Coach the team on complex HR issues.
• Undertake other duties as required by the business.
