Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager on a 2-year contract in Singapore. The role leads a shared services team to manage recruitment, learning, benefits and HR business partner operations for clients.

You will oversee annual HR exercises, handle policy guidance, and ensure KPI/ SLA attainment while delivering monthly reports. Strong Excel skills and a degree are required for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Shared Services or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shared services team delivering recruitment, learning, benefits and HR operations to clients.
• Oversee annual HR activities such as leave administration, insurance renewals, ITQ submissions, and long service awards.
• Advise end users on policies and procedures and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Drive process improvements and updates to SOPs.
