Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a HR Planning and Analytics professional to enhance human capital capabilities and the employee value proposition. You will support planning, policy updates, nominations, and employee surveys while conducting analytics on retention and engagement.

You will maintain the Balanced Scorecard, coordinate statutory surveys, and contribute to engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture across SCH.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in any discipline; a Graduate Diploma in HRM is preferred.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and related legislation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR planning processes and analytics to inform decisions.
• Update HR policies and procedures as required.
• Coordinate nominations for employee recognition awards.
• Provide administrative support for employee surveys.
• Generate insights on retention and engagement through HR analytics.
• Update the organisation’s Balanced Scorecard.
• Coordinate statutory surveys and support employee engagement initiatives.
