Job summary

SingHealth SIT team seeks a proactive Senior Executive to support HR initiatives across the healthcare cluster. You will coordinate promotions and assist with hiring approvals, helping manage cross-functional administrative tasks.

You will work with Talent Attraction and Awards teams on ceremonies, handle appointment letters and staff records, and provide timely operations support while learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn, seeks clarity when needed
• Adaptable, resourceful, meticulous and shows initiative
• Good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition
• Team player with high sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Senior Staff Promotions and Hiring: Coordinate promotion panels for Senior Nursing, Medical and Research staff; assist with hiring approvals
• Integration Project Management: Provide support for centralising Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Administrative, Ancillary (NPA3) and Medical staff employee initiatives, respond to employment transfer queries, and follow up on project timelines
• Support Events: Work closely with Talent Attraction, Development and Awards team on SingHealth Doctors and Dentists Long Service Award ceremony, and Employee Services team for SingHealth HQ Long Service Award ceremony
• Handle Administrative Tasks: Prepare appointment letters for system access, maintain databases for staff accesses, update leadership appointment records, and maintain organised filing systems
• Provide Operational Support: Address queries directed to SIT, elevate issues appropriately, and complete assigned projects within timelines
