Job summary

Singapore General Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Manpower Planning & Analytics team. You will support manpower review and planning with stakeholders to ensure the hospital has the right workforce capacity to meet operational and strategic needs.

Responsibilities include data-driven reporting, HRIS maintenance, horizon scanning, and contributing to workflow improvements using Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of manpower planning or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-insight skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments and HR stakeholders to assess manpower requests and present data-driven justifications and recommendations to the review panel.
• Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure manpower resources align with operational and strategic requirements.
• Maintain accurate position and establishment records in HRIS for budgeting, recruitment, and reporting.
• Prepare manpower reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Analyze workforce data, monitor trends, and conduct horizon scanning to support planning decisions.
