Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) invites applications for an HR Learning and Development role. You will support operations and help implement learning plans, policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness, relevance and alignment with organisational goals at SCH.

You will manage onboarding programmes for new hires, support the annual learning needs analysis, deploy learning plans, maintain learning systems, prepare learning reports and payments, and undertake other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably HR or Business Administration.
• Entry-level applicants welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support L&D operations and implement plans aligned with goals.
• Manage onboarding programmes for new hires and onboarding.
• Assist annual learning needs analysis and deployment of learning plans.
• Maintain learning systems and generate reports/payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
